Special Blend has a new name! All the new members have agreed to change the name to Legacy-Band. The music style the band will play has not changed. They are still a variety band playing all kinds of different genres with original songs included. The website will also change to reflect the new name.
Legacy will be performing live at one of the VFW Halls in Denver Sunday Jan.22, 2012 for a special promotion to kick off the new year. There will be other bands that will be showcased also.
On Feb. 4, 2012 the Legacy will be at the Stargazers Theatre and Events Center in Colorado Springs located at 10 South Parkside Drive. For ticket information you can call (719) 476-2200. They will officially be kicking off the 2012 new year performing many new tunes as well as some of the songs our fan base is accustomed to. If you get a chance, come on out and enjoy the party!
Also, on Feb 11, 2012 Legacy will be performing for a Valentine Dance Party at the Double Tree Hotel located at 1775 E. Cheyenne Mountain Blvd. in Colorado Springs. The Event is being sponsored by the Cinco De Mayo Committee. For information about the event you can email elcincodemayoinc@gmail.com.
